To get a loan through a bank, more than likely you’ll want to go through a credit union. Even though we are certified through RVIA, are a state licensed RV manufacturer and sell through a dealership, it is difficult to get a loan through a bank/ credit union. You may be pre-qualified, but once it goes into collateral review, about 70% will get denied due to the aesthetic of our “RV travel trailers.” If trying this route, please be transparent with your bank. US Tiny Loans specializes in tiny home financing and serves borrowers in 48 states.
