  • Most of our clients begin their journey by exploring our website, checking out our available models, and imagining what life could look like in a Forever Tiny Home. Whether you're drawn to our 24' Studio, the spacious 32' Suite, or the upcoming 40' 2-Bedroom layout, there’s a size and style for every lifestyle.

    Pro Tip: Have a wishlist ready. Think about layout needs, add-ons, and how you plan to use your tiny home (full-time living, guest house, rental, etc.).

  • To get started, fill out our Build-A-Quote form online. This helps us learn exactly what you’re looking for, from layout preferences to optional features like washer/dryer hookups, bedroom walls, or upgraded siding.

    Once submitted, our team will provide a custom quote that includes:

    • Base price of your chosen model

    • Selected add-ons or upgrades

    • Estimated lead time

    • Documentation fee & delivery estimate (based on location)

    Turnaround: Most quotes are returned within 1-2 business days.

  • Once you’re happy with your quote, we’ll go over final details, answer any questions, and walk you through your deposit options. A signed purchase agreement and deposit are required to lock in your build slot.

    At this stage, we’ll also confirm:

    • Colors and material selections

    • Any custom features or layout adjustments

    • Financing options or third-party lender paperwork, if applicable

  • We take pride in building every tiny home to RVIA standards with care and precision. Typical lead time varies depending on our current schedule and your customizations. Your quote will include our best available estimate.

    During the build process, we keep you informed with updates and progress photos so you can follow along as your home comes to life.

  • When your tiny home is complete, we’ll coordinate delivery through a trusted third-party transporter such as Horizon Transport. Delivery fees vary by distance and accessibility.

    What to prepare:

    • Clear, level space to park the home

    • Access for the delivery truck

    • Basic utility hookups (power/water/sewer)

    Note: We do not provide blocking, skirting, or permanent foundation setup — but we’re happy to offer tips or connect you with local resources.

  • Once your Forever Tiny Home is delivered, it’s time to get settled and enjoy! Many clients personalize their space with decor, deck installations, landscaping, or accessory buildings.
